RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. In accordance with the legal provisions in force, pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer who is also a consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract of purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. According to article 59 of the Consumer Code (206\/2005 decree law and subsequent amendments), the right of withdrawal established by this article is excluded in case of purchase of sealed products, which are not suitable for return due to hygienic or health safety reasons and which have been opened after delivery (article 59, letter e of the Consumer Code).<\/li>\n
  2. It is understood that, pursuant to the Consumer Code, in case of multiple purchases made by the consumer with a single order and delivered separately for any reason, the period of 14 days with regard to paragraph 1 above will begin on the date of receipt of the last product purchased with the same order.<\/li>\n
  3. Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Customer who is also a consumer and who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to Laboratori Zanellato through explicit declaration sent by registered letter with return receipt or by e-mail to info@laboratorizanellato.it<\/a> For this purpose, the Customer can fill out the form at this link https:\/\/laboratorizanellato.it\/servizio-clienti\/<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to return the products within 14 days from the date on which he\/she communicated his will to withdraw from the Contract to Laboratori Zanellato. Products must be returned to:\n

    Laboratori Zanellato s.r.l., Via Unit\u00e0 d\u2019Italia, 340\/A, 37132, Verona (VR), Italia<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal on the Customer’s side, Laboratori Zanellato will not bear the costs of returning the goods.<\/li>\n
    2. The products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging, wrapping paper, any ancillary equipment, and both fiscal and non-fiscal documents).<\/li>\n
    3. Without prejudice to the right of verifying the compliance with the conditions of refund set out above, Laboratori Zanellato will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal, excluding the cost of return, at the latest within 14 days.\n

      It is understood that Laboratori Zanellato may suspend the refund until the receipt of the products and the verification of the compliance with all the conditions of return on the Customer’s side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
