CONDITIONS OF SALE

The sale of the products available on our website https://laboratorizanellato.it/en/ is regulated by the following Conditions of Sale. The products purchased on www.laboratorizanellato.it/en/ are sold directly by Laboratori Zanellato s.r.l. (LLC), a company registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Verona, with VAT number 04713520239 and located in Via Unità d’Italia, 340/A, 37132, Verona (VR), Italy.

Laboratori Zanellato carries out its e-commerce activities towards end-users who are “consumers”.

Orders are stored in our database for the period of time necessary to process them and in any case in accordance with the law.

The languages available to finalize the contract are Italian and English.

Laboratori Zanellato may not process your orders in case of insufficient guarantees of solvency, or incomplete/incorrect data, or unavailability of the products. In these situations, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that we could not process your order, specifying the reason why.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

To finalize the purchase contract for one or more products on our Online Shop, no minimum order is required. It is necessary to fill out the order form in all its parts to proceed, there is also the possibility to request an invoice for Italian companies, and to enter a discount code, if you have it. Please note that it is not possible to change the invoice data after it has been issued. Before you confirm and submit your order, you will be able to check a summary of the items you selected with quantity, price of the products, shipping price, total balance, and selected payment method.
Once you place your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail to confirm the reception of it. If you do not receive further communications, an e-mail will be sent when the courier picks your parcel up at our headquarters.

Once confirmed and sent the order form:
• you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions described on this page;
• you unconditionally confirm the correctness of the data and shipping/billing address provided by you;
• you unconditionally confirm that you want to purchase the selected items and that you are aware of their features.

On the chance that the products are no longer available after the customer submits the order form, we will promptly notify you (on the e-mail address or telephone number you provided) the possible unavailability of the ordered products and propose a valid alternative or the refund of unavailable items, if the proposed alternative does not meet your needs.
In case you choose to accept an alternative to the unavailable product, the price difference will be refunded or asked (if the new item costs more than the previously purchased one).
The contract is concluded when Laboratori Zanellato receives your order and sends the items you purchased.
The order form will be stored in our database for the period necessary to process the order and in any case within the terms of law.
You can view your order history by logging into our Online Shop.
If you do not agree with some of the Terms of Sale, please do not submit the order form.

Features, ingredients, expiry period, size, and indications for the use of the products are described in each product sheet with its image.
Product prices may be subject to changes.

PAYMENTS

You can select the payment method that you prefer before placing your order on the Online Shop. The total price will include the shipping charges, calculated according to the destination country and according to the amount of the order.

The accepted payment methods are: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Stripe (with the chance of installment), bank transfer (to the following IBAN: IT23W 01030 11702 000000 779007), cash on delivery (with an additional surcharge of €5,00).

In case of payment by bank transfer, the parcel will leave our Office when the amount gets recorded in our bank account; this is the reason why the delivery might take longer.

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery and do not pick up the package on delivery, we will send you an invoice to request the balance of the shipping costs at your expense.

Online transactions are safe, thanks to encryption and SSL protocol that protect the data linked to personal and payment information. In addition, in case of payment by Stripe with credit card, all information relating to the latter will be processed safely through the Stripe circuit (a company providing electronic payment services at a distance, without third parties having any access to sensitive data).

APPLICABLE LAW

The Conditions of Sale are regulated by the Italian law, in particular by the Decree Law number 185 issued on the 22nd of May 1999 on the subject of remote contracts and by the Decree Law number 70 issued on the 9th of April 2003 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce, considering any subsequent amendments and additions.
