From the most common cold and cough to rhinitis, sinusitis, and bronchitis, the Compress is a great ally to prevent or treat them quickly.
Rhinitis is mostly allergic: the inner side of the nose becomes inflamed due to an allergen (animal hair, pollen, dust, etc.) and this involves sneezing, internal itching, runny congested nose.
Sinusitis, on the other hand, consists of an inflammation of the mucosa of the paranasal sinuses, generated by an allergy or by a viral or bacterial infection. It may happen in an acute or chronic way, in both cases it involves pain when palpating the nasal sinuses and forehead, nasal congestion, and major headache. Unlike colds, it can last a few weeks if acute or be always latent if chronic.
Bronchitis is an inflammation as well, but of the mucosa that covers the bronchi (the tree structures that introduce air into the lungs). Similarly, bronchitis can be acute (from viral infection) or chronic, if generated by a trigger event, such as smoking for years or smog.
